| HCBA's Judge Leasure Named Chief Administrative Judge for Maryland's Fifth Circuit |
The Honorable Diane O. Leasure of the Howard Circuit Court was named Chief Administrative Judge for Maryland's Fifth Circuit on January 4, 2002. She is the first judge from Howard County and the first woman to hold that position.
Judge Leasure, who is the Secretary of the Howard County Bar Association, will also become the Chief Administrative Judge for Howard.
