The Howard County Lawyer Referral Service was created to provide a means whereby any person who can afford a reasonable fee for legal advice, and does not have an attorney, may be referred to a member of the Bar willing to give a brief consultation, and where necessary, additional services.

If you need to obtain an attorney, call the number above. After a brief interview to determine the nature of the legal problem involved, you may choose to set up an initial consultation with an attorney for a modest fee.

INFORMATION FOR ATTORNEYS

Attorneys who are in good standing with the Howard County Bar Association, now engaged in the active practice of law, may apply for registration as a Lawyer Referral Panel Attorney.
