Lawyer Assistance Program

The Lawyer Assistance Program (LAP) is a free, confidential, non-profit counseling program. LAP assists judges, lawyers, law students, legal staff and their families who experience personal problems that interfere with their ability to serve as counsel or interfere with their personal lives.

Everyone experiences personal or work related problems at some point and early intervention is the key to resolving these concerns. Call the Lawyer Assistance Program (410.465.7771) for assistance if you are concerned about your own or someone else's substance abuse, mental health issues or other issues concerning their ability to practice.
