The Howard County Bar Association’s Estates and Trusts Section is partnering with several Bar Associations and Vallit Dispute and Valuation Advisors, to provide our members a FREE one-hour lunch and learn webinar on Thursday, July 9 from 12:00 pm – 1:15 pm.
This presentation will examine changes in estate planning from the context of business valuations. Panelists will discuss economic and legal changes and how they have affected business value as a result of COVID-19. The attendees will gain an understanding why now might be the best time for estate planning and also get an overview of important concepts that are considered in business valuations.
