Joint Happy Hour to Benefit Ellicott City Flood Victims

The Howard County Bar Association in conjunction with the Howard County Bar Foundation (HCBF), Waring-Mitchell Law Society and the Howard County Women’s Bar Association (HCWBA) will be hosting a Happy Hour from 5:30pm-7:30pm to benefit the Ellicott City flood victims. Proceeds will be donated to the EC Partnership.
