This webinar will explore tax and valuation issues in 2021 and specifically address continuing issues relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar will also address key changes and considerations when looking at new tax plans in 2021 under the next presidential administration. In addition, the presenters will examine critical valuation issues and trends expected in 2021 and how it affects business owners as well as estate and gift taxes.
