Immigration Practice in the Trump Era

Kellie N. Lego will give a general overview of the changes to Immigration policy and practice under the Trump Administration (Updates on the Travel Ban, current legislation that has been introduced in Congress, changes to business immigration as a result of the executive orders, etc.)

Himedes V. Chicas will discuss the intersection of criminal and immigration law, namely the immigration consequences of criminal convictions on noncitizens.
