Narcan Training

A Narcan training class will be offered on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 6:00pm. The location of the training will be at the Howard County Sheriff’s Office, 6095 Marshalee Drive, Suite 200, in the conference room. This class can accommodate 10-12 attendees. If interest in the class exceeds that capacity we can schedule an additional date for training. The goal of the training is to provide attendees with awareness to the opioid epidemic and equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to potentially save a life. The trianing will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to complete and will include a lecture, Power Point presentation, attendee interaction, a written test (approximately 10 questions), and hand on practice.
