Recovery Court Commencement Celebration

Please join us for the Adult Recovery Court’s 38^th Commencement Celebration. The celebration will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 4:00 pm. at the District Court for Howard County, Courtroom 5, 3451 Courthouse Drive Ellicott City, Maryland. We are so proud of the graduates and the changes they have made. Their successes will shine through as we celebrate their sobriety and recovery.
