The Howard County Bar Association has partnered with several Bar Associations to present:
A Webinar:
Implicit Bias in the
Courtroom, Workplace, and Beyond

This program is designed to elucidate how to recognize implicit bias as well as unconscious bias and lessen its impact in the courtroom, workplace and networking events.  The presenters will refer to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner.
